All services provided are digital and customised in nature.

2. Refunds
Once a project has commenced or resources have been allocated, refunds are not applicable.
Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation in writing. Charges for work completed up to that point will apply.

4. Exceptions
Refunds, if any, are processed only in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.
